Water Center filed for a number of new patents: (a) RO process scaling and fouling monitoring, (b) surface graft polymerization, and surface nano-structuring for membrane and chemical sensor applications, (c) Highly Sensitive and Selective Nano-Structured Grafted Polymer Layers for Chemical Sensors, (d) Method and System for High Recovery Water Desalting, (e) Fouling and Scaling Resistant Surface Nano-Structured Membranes, (f) Advanced monitoring, optimization and control of Membrane Desalination, and (g) Method and system for Monitoring Reverse Osmosis Membranes.
